The process in detail:


1. Order a solo® by AL-KO product

You will find many devices from the solo® by AL-KO product line in our range. In the respective product categories, such as lawn tractors or robotic mowers, choose the required machine and put it in the shopping cart.

2. Select a specialist dealer in your area

In the ordering process, after entering the delivery address, you will see a list of all AL-KO specialist dealers within your area. By clicking on the desired specialist retailer, you will select the AL-KO partner who will deliver the garden tool to you.

3. Appointments

After you have completed the purchase, we will send your solo® by AL-KO garden tool to the specialist dealer you have selected. They will contact you to make an appointment to deliver your product.

4. Delivery

The specialist dealer will deliver the device to your garden on the agreed date.

5. Ready-to-use handover

The solo® by AL-KO garden tools are delivered ready for use. This means that the device is already installed and, if necessary, filled with oil and petrol.

6. Briefing

Upon request, the specialist dealer will explain how the device works and how to use it.

7. Use

After that, you can start gardening right away.
