If your order contains an article from our solo® by AL-KO range, the entire order will be sent to you free shipping & handling supplied via a local AL-KO specialist dealer. The premium delivery service is £19.95. Details of the Premium delivery service are available directly from the products which are specially marked.

Order

The duration of your order depends on the desired payment method.
In case of PayPal as well as credit card payments, we ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders received by us on working days before 15.00 are usually packed and dispatched on the same day. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
You can check the current shipping status of your order online at any time. Please log in to the shop with your account. Then you will find out whether your order is still being processed by us or whether or which articles have been handed over to the logistics partner.

Delivery

Orders placed on weekdays before 3.00pm are packed and shipped the same day for next working day delivery. In the case of PayPal payments, we ship on business days, Monday through Friday within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Saturdays and Sundays have no shipping. Delivery to some parts of Scotland and offshore UK addresses may not be available for next day delivery. We do not offer delivery to Ireland.

Note

Orders are delivered by our chosen courier service (Monday to Friday). A tracking number will be provided. When ordering please include a phone number where you can be reached by phone during the day, so that our logistics partner can contact you if necessary. Please include a mobile phone number if you wish to be informed of your delivery by SMS (area dependent). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:30. If you do not receive your order or any contact from our logistics partner within maximum 3 business days, please contact our customer service.
